We (Mariza and myself) are sending you two attached documents in preparation in our tomorrow's skype meeting. The first document is about the final theoretical framework of our resilience curriculum. We made some changes to add to the conceptual clarity of the model and we can explain the rational for the changes in our live conversation. We think the revisions make it easier for the reader to follow. We thought it's easier for all of you to have the visual configuration of the revised theoretical framework when our discussion is taking place. The colored words in some of the boxes are done on purpose , so they stand out aiming to make the differentiation between means to achieve outcomes. The second document is about our theme (tough-mindness). We made some modifications because we wanted to give emphasis on the obstacles and adverisities student face and focus on how to overcome a series of them and also deal effectively with the negative emotions they generate. Since our curriculum is focused on resilience and overcoming adversity, this approach make lots of sense to us. Looking forward to discussing with all of you all items on our agenda.
